ABOUT 11 Woodfire

We are taking cooking back to its primal origins by using woodfire for most of our dishes.

 

11 Woodfire is a collaboration between acclaimed local chef Akmal Anuar and Atelier House Hospitality.

Using various techniques and an array of wood types, as well as globally sourced ingredients and produce we offer an unique menu with enhanced flavours.

Diners can enjoy flavours such as Black Angus T-bone Steak Japanese Golden Eye Snapper with edamame puree Jumbo Prawns with Brown Butter Leeks with Grapefruit and Yam Puree Charred Banana Shallots with Corn Kernels Edamame Salad with Charred Green Vegetables & many more.
